Outpatient Care Pavilion
Northwestern Memorial HealthCare’s new Outpatient Care Pavilion will be a state-of-the-art medical facility that responds to the growing need for quality healthcare in the Streeterville community. This pavilion will ensure that residents have ongoing access to the best healthcare in their own neighborhood.

New Childcare Center &
In 2012, Northwestern Memorial opened a new childcare center and parking garage located on the site of the former MRI center at 440 East Ohio and 441 East Ontario Street.
The Bernice E. Lavin Early Childhood Education Center is located on the first three floors of the structure. The childcare facility is available for employees and staff members, accommodating approximately 280 infants and children.
The parking facility includes 1118 spaces to accommodate the relocation of Children's Memorial Hospital, which opened June 9, 2012. This facility will also be a resource for the continued growth of the campus institutions.
